Description
Aircraft: B737-300, DOM 1991 with 120Y and 11C class seats
- Lease Type: Wet Lease (can consider damp lease)
- Lease Term: 12 months (min) Extendible to 24 months
- Start Date: 01 Sep 2025
- End Date: 31 Aug 2026
- MGH: 200 BH
- ACMI Wet Lease Rate: $2,850 PBH for 200 MGH
- Additional Hours above 200 MGH shall be charged at $2,850 PBH
- Min Hours/Cycles Ratio: 1:2
- Any Hours/Cycles below 1/1 ratio or below: a penalty per engine of $500 for engines LLP and restoration costs
- Crew Composition: 2 pilots, 3 cabin crew, 1 engineer (7 crew members)
- Crew Sets Given: 2 sets initially and 1 set as back up
- Crew Per Diems: $100 per crew member per day
- Additional Insurance and WRI: to be paid by Lessee (Lessor will get quote after confirmation of acceptance of rates and terms)
- Crew Rotations: Every 4 weeks
- All hotel (min 4 star), transport, crew rotations, internet, laundry, maintenance space and crew ID for airport access to be provided by Lessee
- All lubricants, oils and parts customs clearance on Lessee account
- No back up aircraft shall be provided by Lessor
- Maintenance and Compliance: Aircraft will be delivered with fresh C check
- Delivery Location for Inspection: Nairobi, Kenya
Financial Terms:
- Security Deposit $500,000 paid on contract signature
- ACMI Wet Lease Payment 14 days before the beginning of each month
- Additional hours flown, reconciled in the preceding month within 7 days
All payments to be made to Operator host account in UAE or any other domicile
